Art Of Living Part-I Course (Manpada)

Jai Gurudev to all!

Pradeepji and myself conducted this first Part-1 course for the people from Manpada area in Thane. There were just 10 participants for this course. But these 10 were chosen ones and very fortunate to experience the Sudarshan Kriya.  Each one of them had a unique experience during the kriya.

Nimita, who is a beautician by profession  shared her experience with us. She said, " After doing the kriya, I felt very light as if a big burden of my life was taken off. I just felt like singing, dancing and losing myself in this bliss." Nimita was glowing with energy and enthusiasm.

Says another participant, Unnati, " I used to get angry and irritated with trivial things. Now i feel settled , calm and composed. I don't feel disturbed anymore." Unnati is now inspired to become an Art of Living teacher.

70-year-old granny Kamala came to the course with wobbly knees. Her hands and legs were shaky, but she dared to go through the entire course without any hesitation. Hats off to her! She sang a beautiful bhajan for us and danced too.

As teachers, even we had a good learning experience while organizing and conducting this course. Thanks to Guruji for taking care of our us in every possible way and allowing us to undergo such fulfilling experiences. I pray that we all can reach to many people and spread this knowledge, love and happiness. My heartfelt thanks to all volunteers Maya, Talwarji, Rohit and Shaila who contributed  their bit to accomplish this course.

Satsang with Daniel (Gandhinagar, Thane)

Jai Gurudev!

During Diwali my cousins had come to my house and we all had fun and party together. I just asked him if Daniel would come over for conducting Satsang in one of our under privileged area. And immediately Aditya confirmed to me that Daniel is willing to come for the Satsang. My friends, Maya, Indrani, Vaibhav, Manish, Tatya, Deepa agreed to this idea and did all the ground work for the event. Our senior teachers Umaji and Vermaji also supported this event with full enthusiasm. Kamal, Prasanna and Neelu also came and we had very good chorus during Satsang. Satsang with Daniel was very much fun filled and uplifting. He touched the heart of each and every child and person from Gandhinagar area who were present during the Satsang.

This helped us to spread the awareness and importance of Yoga, Meditation and Satsang to everyone. My sincere thanks to Daniel and our thane team for making this event a success.

FYI..Daniel, is passionate Singer and Art of living teacher from USA. Please visit his website Full Moon Rising  for more details.
